Successful development starts long before construction—it begins with a clear vision, thoughtful planning, and a deep understanding of the market.

I’ve had the opportunity to be involved in the planning and positioning of multiple residential developments, as well as managing the sales and marketing strategy once those communities are brought to market. This dual perspective allows me to bridge the gap between concept and execution—helping ensure that what is planned aligns with what buyers are actually seeking.

From land evaluation and layout concepts to product positioning, pricing strategy, and absorption planning, I work alongside developers and builders to create communities that are both marketable and financially sound. Early decisions—such as lot sizing, home placement, and overall design direction—have a direct impact on long-term success, and I provide insight to help guide those choices.

Once development moves into the sales phase, I implement a comprehensive marketing strategy designed to build momentum, maintain consistency, and protect the value of the community over time. This includes branding, MLS strategy, signage, agent outreach, and ongoing communication with builders and stakeholders.
